Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of Zenith AI (the "Service"), operated by Bullet Investment ("the Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• 1. "Service" means the AI-based cryptocurrency analysis, AI chat, market information and related features provided by the Company.
• 2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and registered for the Service.
• 3. "Credit (ZC)" means the in-service virtual points used to access paid features such as AI analysis and AI chat.

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• 1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise communicated to Members.
• 2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Amendments will be announced through in-service notices or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
• 3. A Member who does not agree to an amendment may stop using the Service and close their account.

Article 5 (Registration and Accounts)

• 1. You may register using an email address and password, or through social sign-in (Google, Apple).
• 2. After registering, phone number verification is required before using paid features (AI analysis, AI chat, alarms).
• 3. Children under the age of 14 may not register for the Service.
• 4. You may not transfer or share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Article 6 (Scope of the Service)

• 1. AI position analysis: multi-factor analysis based on MACD Z-score, historical pattern matching, up/down probabilities, and a buy/hold/sell recommendation.
• 2. AI chat: real-time questions and answers with a cryptocurrency-focused AI assistant.
• 3. Market information: live prices, volume and top movers from Upbit, Bithumb, Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit and OKX.
• 4. Price alarms: push notifications when the conditions you set are met.
• 5. Analysis history: access to your past AI analyses.

Article 7 (Restrictions on Use)

• 1. Paid features such as AI analysis and AI chat consume Credits (ZC).
• 2. Members receive free Credits on signup, and further free Credits each month.
• 3. If you run out of Credits, you may top up in the credit store to continue using the Service.
• 4. The Company may restrict use or suspend an account in any of the following cases:
• a. Violation of these Terms.
• b. Using the Service in an abnormal manner or placing a load on the system.
• c. Using another person's information, or using the Service for an improper purpose.

Article 8 (Paid Services and Payment)

• 1. Credits (ZC) are sold as consumable in-app purchases, in a choice of packages.
• 2. Payment is processed through in-app purchase.
• 3. Purchased Credits do not expire and are not forfeited unless refunded.
• 4. Free Credits reset on the 1st of each month; unused free Credits do not carry over.
• 5. Refunds follow the refund policy of the app store through which you paid.

Article 9 (Investment Disclaimer)

• 1. All analysis results, AI recommendations and market information provided by the Service are reference material only and do not constitute investment advice or a solicitation to invest.
• 2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis, or any return.
• 3. Cryptocurrency investment carries the risk of losing your principal. Final responsibility for any investment decision rests entirely with you.
• 4. The Company accepts no legal liability for investment outcomes based on information obtained through the Service.

Article 10 (Suspension of the Service)

• 1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, equipment replacement or improvements, with prior notice.
• 2. The Company is not liable for suspensions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, power failure or system failure.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property)

• 1. All intellectual property in the Service — content, AI analysis algorithms, design and software — belongs to the Company.
• 2. You may not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes, or provide it to a third party, without the Company's prior consent.

Article 12 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

• 1. You may close your account at any time from the settings within the Service.
• 2. On closure, your personal information and service usage records are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
• 3. If you close your account while holding Credits, the remaining Credits are forfeited and are not refunded.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

• 1. If a dispute arises between the Company and a Member, both parties shall negotiate in good faith toward an amicable resolution.
• 2. If no agreement is reached, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's registered address shall have jurisdiction.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on 28 February 2026.

Language

This English text is provided for your convenience. The Service is operated under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Korean version of these Terms governs. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
